Departments

BUSINESS

  • Brand & Marketing: Our marketing team shapes how PRC is experienced by members, families, and fans. From campaigns like Own the Court to digital content, they bring the spirit of PRC to life and ensure our story is shared widely.

  • Partnerships & Business Development: This team drives sponsorships, partnerships, and new opportunities to grow PRC’s reach. They work with leading brands and community organizations to build sustainable, impactful collaborations.

  • Public Relations & Communications: Responsible for PRC’s reputation and messaging, the PR team creates media opportunities, tells member stories, and ensures our voice reflects our values in every community we serve.

  • Technology & Innovation: From court booking systems to digital training modules, our tech team powers the PRC experience. They ensure our members and staff have access to tools that make participation seamless and engaging.

CLUB OPERATIONS

  • Programming & Coaching: Our coaches and directors deliver world-class tennis, pickleball, and padel instruction. They create pathways for beginners to high-performance athletes, inspiring improvement at every level.

  • High Performance (HP): PRC’s HP programs develop the next generation of provincial, national, and international players through professional coaching, training, and competition opportunities.

  • Membership Experience: Our Club Supervisors and front-desk teams make PRC feel like home. From onboarding to daily service, they focus on delivering an exceptional, personal experience.

  • Events & Socials: From Club Championships to PRC Day, our events team makes sure our clubs are buzzing with excitement, connection, and celebration.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Corporate Communications: Communicates leadership updates, strategy, and culture across all PRC clubs. Builds alignment and ensures the PRC story is shared consistently.

  • Finance: Oversees budgets, billing, and financial planning. Ensures PRC remains on strong financial footing as we expand.

  • Legal & Compliance: Supports operations with contracts, compliance, and governance, protecting both the organization and our members.

  • People & Culture: Our staff are at the heart of PRC. This team ensures employees are supported, trained, and recognized, building a culture rooted in service excellence and growth.

  • Strategy & Business Planning: Shapes PRC’s long-term vision and execution plan—expansion, membership targets, and future projects—while ensuring today’s priorities are delivered with excellence.
