The PRC Volunteer Program provides individuals of all ages with opportunities to give back to their community while developing leadership and organizational skills. Volunteers gain valuable experience in a professional racquet club environment. Whether assisting at major events, supporting junior programs, or engaging with our community partners, volunteers are an essential part of the PRC family.

Eligibility and skills
Minimum age: 13 years old (junior volunteers)
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, responsible and punctual
Passion for racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, padel) and community engagement
Commitment to learn and embody PRC values of respect, inclusivity, and excellence
Recognition
PRC Volunteer Certificate for each level achieved
Featured recognition in PRC’s monthly newsletter and social media channels
Annual PRC Volunteer Appreciation Event
Responsibilities
Volunteers may contribute across a range of activities, including:
Assisting with junior and adult programs (on-court help, equipment, welcoming players)
Supporting PRC tournaments, events, and Tennis Canada community initiatives
Helping at special events such as PRC Fundraisers, PRC Day, and school programs
Assisting in administrative areas: customer service and event registration
Acting as a PRC ambassador by promoting sportsmanship, inclusivity, and fun
Volunteer Levels
PRC Volunteers can progress through levels of recognition based on their hours of service
Club Volunteer (10-15 hours per year)
PRC Ambassador (15-20 hours per year)
Represent PRC at flagship events (tournaments, Tennis Canada events, PRC Day).
