Adults Clinic (1.0 - 1.5)

This program is ideal for players who are new to the game. You will learn how to serve, rally, and play singles and doubles – a great introduction to the sport!!

One hour of instruction is combined with one hour of play with a coach present to help keep things on track.*

Adults Clinic (2.0 - 2.5)

This program takes players from the beginning stage to a more advanced level of play. Players refine their skills to be able to rally more consistently. Tactics are introduced to get players ready to start competing.

Developing tactics is at the heart of this program. We enhance player’s skills to allow them the ability to play at a higher level. More advanced skills (spins, overheads, advanced footwork) are introduced in this program.

Player’s skills are enhanced to allow them the ability to play at a higher level by developing more advanced tactics. High level skills are further refined (spins, overheads, advanced footwork) to allow players to move to the next level.

This program is for advanced players looking to develop their game. Match management techniques are incorporated to ensure players can rely on their skills in pressure situations. Advanced skills are developed.

Adults Academy (4.5 NTRP)
