Adult Programs
If you’ve ever walked into a racquet club and thought, “I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do here,” you’re not alone - and that’s exactly what our adult programs are designed to solve.
Premier Racquet Clubs offers adult programming that is structured, supportive, and built around real people with real goals. Whether you’re trying the game for the first time, returning after time away, looking to improve, play socially, or compete, there’s a clear path forward and a team to guide you.
Our professional coaching staff takes the time to understand where you’re starting and where you want to go. Programs are designed to develop every part of your game - mental, physical, tactical, and technical - so progress feels approachable, rewarding, and sustainable.
Adult programming includes:
Group lessons and clinics - group lessons are offered seasonally; spring, fall and winter sessions - and clinics like Cardio and Stroke of the week you can join anytime throughout the season
Private coaching - available anytime
Leagues and Ladders - Members only - you can join at the start of any ladder session throughout the season (approximately 1 month long)
Partner match arranging, open reservations and whats app group to help you find someone to play.
Competitive play - Round Robins and Live ball (scroll down this page) - you can sign up for these anytime throughout the season.
Social events and community programming - check the calendar for upcoming events
OTA, Pickleball, and tournament opportunities

SINGLES BOX LADDER (WTN)
Men and Women players playing at the 3.0 level or above will be placed in groups where they challenge each other member of the group over a specified period of time. Players arrange their own match times and book the court for one hour.
$25.00 (+ HST) Registration fee plus normal court fees
Prizes for successful competitors
Tennis Canada is promoting the World Tennis Number (WTN) to all of their member clubs, as a results-based player evaluation system, recognized worldwide.
Intermediate Live Ball (3.0-3.5 NTRP)
Coach-led situational competitive doubles play. This fast-paced program is ideal for players looking to get a workout while experiencing friendly, social competition.

Members: Price $30 plus tax/wk
Non-Members: Price $40* plus tax/wk

Cardio Clinic
Dynamic drill-based training focusing on footwork and movement.
8 people max
Members: Price $25 tax/wk
Non-Members: Price $35 tax/w

Stroke of the Week
Skill development through technical stroke production and tactical integration
